1. Age Requirement

VideoTalk is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using VideoTalk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We employ age verification measures including self-attestation and credit card verification for paid features. Use of this service by anyone under 18 is prohibited and may result in permanent ban and legal action.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service if you are under 18 years of age
• Display, share, or promote content involving minors in any sexual context
• Share or stream non-consensual intimate content
• Record, screenshot, or capture other users' video without their consent
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share personal information of others (doxxing)
• Spam, scam, or attempt to defraud other users
• Use bots, automation, or scripts to manipulate matching
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to circumvent bans or age verification

3. Content Policy

VideoTalk is a moderated platform. All video and text communications are subject to automated and human review. We reserve the right to terminate sessions, ban users, and report illegal activity to law enforcement.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. Any suspected CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

4. Privacy & Recording

Video streams are not recorded by VideoTalk. Text chat logs may be retained for up to 30 days for moderation review. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and retention.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase — no hidden fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

VideoTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific match outcomes, or the behavior of other users. You use VideoTalk at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoTalk shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Bans may be applied by IP address, device fingerprint, email, or user ID. Permanent bans are not appealable except in cases of demonstrated mistaken identity.

8. Geographic Restrictions

VideoTalk is currently available only in the United States and Canada. Users in other jurisdictions are not permitted to access the service.

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please contact us at dmca@videotalk.me with the required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of VideoTalk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
